
Joe Qualls, Executive Vice President
Even before joining the Parkside Group in 2004, Joe Qualls lent his creative flair and strong design esthetic to award-winning print, radio, television, and outdoor advertising campaigns for DIRECTV. He also served as Creative Director for Catalina, a national magazine targeted to Latinas and did extensive work in event management and public relations for several non-profit organizations.
At the Parkside Group, he puts his in-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising to work running our Advertising Division. Whether the medium is direct mail, broadcast, or online, his creative talents have shaped the public’s opinion of dozens of candidates and causes.
His work has been featured in the New York Times, has won more than a dozen Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants, and has won an ADDY from the American Advertising Federation. He is an active member of the Ad Club of New York.
