New York Travel Restrictions: Yesterday, Governor Cuomo, along with the Governors of New Jersey & Connecticut, announced that those coming in from certain states would be subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine.  The states that face restrictions are determined by test rates, according to the latest NY Executive Order (EO 205).  Violators are subject to fines up to $10,000. New York NYC Reopening: Today New York City entered the Phase 2 reopening. With 300,000 people expected to return to work, under Phase 2 guidelines, the latest round of reopening includes offices, playgrounds, retail, and barbershops & hair salons. In addition, outdoor dining is now permitted under additional rules provided by the NYC DOHMH. More than 3,000 restaurants, as of today, have signed up with Open Restaurants NYC to put tables in parking spaces, and on sidewalks,

New York State Reopening Information This weekend Governor Cuomo announced that both Western NY and the Capital Region will join other upstate regions in Phase 3 this week.  Also, the Governor announced that low-risk youth sports and gatherings of up to 25 people will now be allowed under Phase 3 reopenings.  Phase 2 information can be found here.
